You're invited to "Connect Community Together", a free event organised by the Emerald Neighbourhood Centre, encouraging us all to Connect for Mental Health - Connect to self, connect to community, connect to others, and connect to nature.

Diabetes Support Group

A support group for individuals living with diabetes, their carers, family, and friends. The group will provide a platform to connect with others, share experiences, ask questions, gain knowledge, and feel more supported. The group will be led by Shirley Ann Bailey, our Credentialed Diabetes Educator.
