Weekly Walks with Smart Fitness & Nutrition
Every Thursday throughout October, we'll be hosting free walking groups in partnership with Smart Fitness & Nutrition. These enjoyable walks are a great way to connect with others, get some fresh air, and boost your mood.
When: Every Thursday in October (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st)

Connect Community Together
The Emerald Neighbourhood Centre has put together a community event to bring people together in a fun and creative manner with free activities to allow the community to connect. Join us and multiple others this October at the Emerald Lions park to connect for Mental Health!
When: Wednesday 9th of October
Where: Emerald Lions Park
Time: 10am - 3pm
Free Mental Health Workshop with Natalie
Join us for a free mental health workshop led by local psychologist, Natalie Chaplin. This informative session will provide valuable insights, strategies, and support for managing your mental well-being.
When: 30th October 2024
Where: Emerald Medical Group
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30 pm
